I keep getting the dialog box saying, "Please insert SD memory card and soft reset PDA to setup local database directory" every time I try to do a data download on my software, A Seller Tool. I press OK, but it won't let me do the data download. I have soft reset, inserted and removed the Kingston 4GB SD4/4GB card several times with no change. I have rebooted the host computer several times. I don't know what to try next. Any ideas or better yet a rock solid solution. I'm not familiar with the Axim. Help, please...I would be so grateful!
