Hi,

I was trying to transfer recorded TV from Windows XP Media Center to an X51V with WM5. I synched the device and it can transfer music from Winows Media Player 11, but when trying to transfer recorded TV an error occurs stating "Windows Media Player cannot convert the file to the format required by the device." Any advice?

Windows Media Player can only play WMV. You'll need to convert your recorded TV into that format, or try using a different player such as TCPMP:
