So you managed to downgrade from 6.1 to WM SE using the Dell's Rom file?

A frienid of mine upgraded my x50v to 6.1 classic and the performance is not the same as WM SE 2003. It drains the battery fast, apps are slow and sluggish, etc. It would be great if I could downgrade and have my old axim back.

Hiya, the Dell downgrader treats WM5 and WM6 the same. Simply it just reflashes the bootloader and the ROM, without really checking what the original ROM was.

So if you want to downgrade, just back up everything first. Then sync your Axim with Activesync (You cannot use the WMDC from Vista). Then run this file from Dell.
