How do you remove a program icon from the program's list after removing the program from the memory? I go to start, settings, system, add/remove programs, select the program to remove and do so. However, the icon is still in the programs list, and the link doesn't work--says it can't find the program. Can I ever get rid of the icon? Or will every program I ever download and remove still show itself on my pda?

Using File Explorer, go to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs and delete the broken shortcuts (.lnk extensions). Not all programs will leave these behind; only the poorly written ones.
