Question File Will Not Sync Due to Low Memory?

One of my files (27 KB, EXCEL) will not sync and remains unresolved. The window reads: not enough memory or, the file is read only. Well, the file's properties say the file can be copied so...it must be a memory problem, right. How can I check or fix this?

See if ActiveSync – Identifying Unresolved Items has any solutions for you. One possibility that occurred to me is that you have the file open (either on the PC or PPC).

At one time, I had the same issue. Turned out to be a conflict between a couple of programs. As I recall, a soft reset did nothing and the only way the issue was resolved was to remove applications, one at a time. In retrospect, a hard reset would probably been faster.

I'm with IkeHiker: I've had this message plenty of times when the file was open (usually on the Axim with its "X'ed out but not really closed" file "closing"). Soft resets do close these pseudoclosed programs on the PPC.
