Problems w/SanDisk CF WiFi/128MB

I just ordered my Axim and it should arrive on monday. I want to get a WiFi Compact Flash card for it. I really like the SanDisk CF Card with 128mb of storage.

My question is, i've been reading some reviews about problems with the Axim and this CF card.

Does anyone have experience with this card and an Axim running Win Mobile 2003 ?

Also, I have found an article where it states that the SD slot is not implemented as a "standard" SD slot, is this true?

Thanks in advance
Marty

Do you have a link to that article, "standard" can be a relative term. Like it may be talking about a SDIO slot, in which the Ax is not "Standard" because it's SD slot is not SDIO compatible.

I got my x5 two weeks ago.
I also got the sandisk wifi+128.
First of all forget about the driver provided.
Go on the sandisk website and dl the last driver for 2003.
Even with the last driver you will be able to make the wifi work, but I couldnt make the x5 see the 128 extra memory.
I know someone did it. Someone else had my same experience.
Anyway my card is back in the shop and I'm looking for something else. (a d-link is about 50$ or less if you wait for a deal and with the 40$ left I could get a SD 128mb)
For more information just search here for sandisk wifi 128 and you will find a few more discussions about it.
