I am wondering about emulators. From what I have read, they convert games from Gameboys and stuff onto Pocket PCs. Do I have this right? Are they just a program or do they plug into your Pocket PC? If so, what do they look like?

Also, what kind of screen protector would you suggest, the kind that stick to your screen or the kind that don't?

Yep, just software.

I use the Dell screen protectors. They sit on the screen, don't stick to it. I've used both though and have no real preference.

I always recommend Write Shields for screen protectors. They are available at Pocket PC Techs

How exactly does an emulator "work." If I went to morphgear right now, and dowloaded a GBA emulator, what would be my next step to play, say, Driver 2 (GBA) on my PPC.

You would need the ROM image of the game you want to play. But we aren't allowed to talk about where to get ROMs on Aximsite as Chris wants to keep everything legit on this site. :)
