My laptop connects wonderfully virtually anywhere through the Novatel Merlin C201 Connection Card. I was hoping to use the card and the Sprint service with the Axim, but the card requires a PCMCIA slot. Is there any way to use the CF2 slot with this card or am I faced with purchasing yet another card?

You can buy PCMCIA-to-CF card adaptors. I couldn't find a link to add with this post, but I believe they are fairly common. Check your local electronics/computer store

You will end up with a big-horkin' piece stickin' out the top of your Ax, but it'll get you connected. :D

Frankly, I think if you intend to use Sprint services, you are better off getting the CF Merlin card, then getting a PCMCIA to CF converter, then you CAN share the device between laptop and Pocket PC..

Check out this link for a CF to PC Card adapter. I just ordered it and am hoping to run my Linksys wireless adapter with my Dell Axim.
