After a week or so of not using my axim, i switched it on in the cradle and ALL of my information is missing! when turned on it goes to the welcome page then when you tap that it goes to aligning the curser thingy... not happy! all my excel files are gone as are my personal details and contact list
am i doomed to have to replace all this info????

Yep. Probably both batteries went flat. So you may need to replace the backup batter with a CR2032.


Your Built In Storage and Storage Card data should all be ok.


And for next time, Activesync has a backup feature :)
