Hi guys!
Do all Axims have a flimsy scroll buttom? Mine feels like it is not well in place. It moves too much and when I use it, sometimes responds and some other times it does not. I mean, it works but it fells that it did not move right and it will not work (either up, down on pushed in).
I contacted DELL support but they said that the problem will be corrected with WM2003. I think it is more of a hardware problem than software problem.
Any input...??

Well when i use my scroll button it feels just fine. its got a little spring toaded mechanism inside so i can just flick it up/down once the screen scrolls and the button goes back to its right place.

If you are finding that you are not getting the proper response from it, then I would get on the hpone with Dell and get them to send you a new unit. Tell them you dont care "if it MIGHT" get fixed in WM2003, you want it fixed now.

Hmm, I would also recommend getting on the phone with Dell. Mine is nice a solidly placed as well. Springs back nicely, feels like it is in there good and solid.

Definately sounds like a bad bit of hardware. Best of luck.

And, I wouldn't waste any further time with technical support. Go directly to Customer Care. You will get someone with an understandable accent and who will probably treat you right.
