Nope, only data on your axim,
if you really want to feel safe, you could
just remove your mem cards...

I have had to hard reset a few times, and have not had any problems with my Memory Cards. Which is a good thing because I have my backup stored on my CF card.

If you are that unsure just remove the CF card during the hard reset if its not in there theres no chance of deletion
