I have two cradles for my Axim. When I connect one, the device synchs just fine, but when I use the other (in the same USB port), nothing happens and the device is listed as "unknown device" in the device manager. Does this mean a broken cradle, or is there another alternative? Anyone have this problem?

You might want to try a different USB port. When I first tried to set up my Axim on my laptop, I had my gamepad assigned to one USB port and my printer to the other. I ended up having to uninstall my printer in order to get it to work. I know there is not "supposed" to be any kind of conflict, but that wasn't true in my case.
