Daylight savings time problem
I'm still having problems after reviewing some of the other posts. Currently I'm on EDT. I have set my PC clock as well as PC Outlook to "adjust for daylight savings time". When I synch the Axim when it's on GMT-5 Eastern the clock is correct on the Axim, but it bumps all of my Calender scheduled appointments up one hour. When I switch the Axim to GMT-5 Indiana, it corrects all of my Axim Calender appointments, but now the clock is behind an hour. Anyone have the solution? I don't understand why Microsoft didn't include a similiar click for "daylight savings time adjustment" on the mobile PC software.

You probably checked this, but you didn't mention it: Is the PC clock set to the proper time zone and is the PC clock accurate? Activesync swaps GMT (UT) and each device independently calculates the time to display, so one of them is an hour off.

Yep the PC clock is set to GMT-5 Eastern, & with the adjust for daylight savings time checked, states it's in EDT.

Set your axim & pc time zone to GMT -5 Eastern US, unless your in parts of Indiana that don't use daylight savings then set it to GMT -5 Indiana unles you are in parts of Indiana that are in Central time then set it to GMT -6 Central US... http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/tim...iana/index.htm

Thanks for the reply, but I'm in the EST zone currently on EDT, so your above suggestion doesn't help me out. With both the axim & PC on GMT-5 Eastern, as noted above either the axim clock is off, or all of my calender appointments are off by 1 hr. At this point I'd rather have the clock off by an hr & my appointments on time by using GMT-5 Indiana setting on the axim, but it's just a pain that for some reason it's not recognizing the DST switch.

Do you have the time zone & daylight savings set right in outlook?

Yes, as noted above, with correct time zone & box checked for daylight savings time in outlook. That's why I'm stumped.

Sorry i missed that...
I don't know, if eveything is set to the timezone w/ daylight savings it should work. But on the other hand daylight savings ends this sunday...

I understand your frustration. It only happens to me after I import a vcs file into Outlook. Outlook has the correct date/time but the Axim is 24 hours ahead after synching.
I was surprised to discover that there's no way to adjust for Daylight Savings Time on the Axim. But that can't be the cause since my vcs appointments are 24 hours off!
