Usage of SD Card
I recently purchased and SD card 128, mainly to protect my data specifically when syncing.
? - How do I delete "old"backups on the SD card
? - Can I buy a card to plug in my SD card or something so I can connect with my PC then add stuff to the SD card. Then I can insert the SD card and then upload data thru existing Axim backup then reinstall the backup including the the new data.
? Or can I create a new file(s) on the SD card and then install the new data on my Axim and not lose the data already on the Axim.
Hope I am not to confusing or dumb.

You can delete old backups using file explorer, either on the axim itself or using your PC via activesync. For example, on the axim it's just My Device/SD Card/filename. Tap, hold, select delete.

Card readers are available for $20 or so (less if you hit it right) that can read a variety of cards (SD, memory sticks, CF, ...). I got a six-in-one reader some months back for virtually free after a mail-in rebate. These readers plug into a usb port on your PC, and it will recognize them as an external drive.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking about adding data to your backup.

You can add files directly to your SD card (via that new card reader you're going to buy), but be warned that they won't be converted. That is, if you are adding word documents or excel spreadsheets, you axim won't be able to open them. If, on the other hand, you are adding music or pictures or video, go right ahead. It is much faster to add these files using a card reader than using activesync (even syncing wirelessly, which is in turn much faster than usb or serial syncing).
