I am having a problem, the touchscreen on my Axim locks up and when I touch the screen with the stylus, the pop up keyboard keeps popping up instead me pointing to other things on the screen, this keeps happening (such as calendar, etc).. tried both soft and hard resets and keep getting the same thing... what should I do? Is my device broke and will Dell send me a new one? Please help!!! My screen is clean, all the edges look fine, I do not have a screen nor have I ever used a screen protector. All the buttons below work fine. I think that it seems to work better when I squeeze the axim on both sides, does this sound familiar to anyone and what will Dell do to help me? What # should I call if I do? Help!! Thanks!

Sounds like you need a replacement. Did you drop it?

You don't mention what country you are in and the tollfree number varies from country to country. Check your regional dell site for their phone number.

I may have dropped it, but it was in it's protective case and I don't think anything could've resulted from that... oh I live in Ohio.

I'm having the exact same problem, does anyone know if this is a software or hardware problem, and if it is fixable?

Have either one of you tried a soft or hard reset to see if that clears it up. MIght be a software confict with somehting installed
