Nope not a post on how to so much as is there another way to.

I have Resco File Explorer and use pocket mind pocket music to play mp3s from my pc. But when using resco file I can only click on one file.I would like to play whole directories or even just albums in a directory. Any ideas how to...

Use Windows Media Encoder (free download from MS) on your PC to stream from either Internet Radio, WMA, MP3, CD or almost any other music source direct to your Axim.

If you map the folder where all the music is with like netrunner then you would be able to browse through it with pocket music and just check the whole folder or directory. Thats what i do... That will also give you the ability to skip a song or change a song if you would like, using the WMP encoder you would have to go to your computer to do that...

But that is not the same as streaming MP3. I'm not trying to be fussy but there is a difference.. But hey, whatever works :)

Wait let me try to clear it up. I AM streaming mp3s that are on my PC, but when I click on a mp3 file that is on my PC via resco file explore the axim opens it up with pocket music. But I can only do one file or song at a time. What I wanted to do was open up whole directories at a time.

I don't think that's really considered streaming in the true sense of the word.

Warzau> It depends how you need to stream the media. It is pretty messy to be honest. Using WME will not let you control the stream from your PPC. You could use something like VNC or Terminal Server to control the stream source.
