Is there any way you can get the lowest volume level (besides mute) even lower.

What application are you trying to use? With Media Player going, my volume control slider (accessed from the navigation bar) has very fine control. Set to lowest, the mute checkbox becomes checked. One RCH up from there un-checks the mute, but you still can't hear it. How low do you need to go?

windows media player has a good volume control, but the volume control on the today screen doesn't have much presision, and while i'm playing most games, it turns the volume way up.

Right! I don't like that either. It's tough to play Pocket Nester games at work when the lowest volume setting is too high!

I think I know whassup. I'm using ICBar, which invokes a volume control slider with the same precision as WMP. It's a horizontal slider in a window and does not look like the original, which I believe was vertical.

The original is vertical and it has 6 volume levels. Where can we find ICBar?
