I received my 400 Axim but when I tried to install the disk on both of my computers, it simply would not install or even pull up.

Talked with Dell and they are sending out a new disk...

Has anyone seen this problem before????

I had the same problem. You put in the disk and nothing happens. I then went to explore the cd and opened the setup.exe. Turns out I have the Pop Up Stopper(to kill those pesky pop ups) and everytime the setup launched it got shut down by my blocker. I guess the setup has some web based code in it or something. So in the end make sure your pop up blocking software is turned off.

My disk worked the first time, but not the second time I needed it (after a hard reset) Dell called it "a failing disk" I had never heard of that term for a CD...

I know it was the disk and not my pc because it wouldn't work in any of my computers, but the second worked like a charm. Go figure.

And I'm not the only one that I've heard of with this problem.
