Worried Was this a good idea?

Hi,

I set up a modem connection through my cradle on my X3i yesterday and got the Dell website to work.(we use a cell phone for our internet connection, if that matters) Later, the X3i didn't seem to want to Sync with that computer again. Whether the X3i was in the cradle or not, the "connection" symbol cotinued to move as though I were connected. I deleted the modem connection on my X3i and that didn't help. My WiFi was also acting weird (when I turned it on the light would not flash). I finally did a soft reset and am wondering if that was a good idea. It seemed to have fixed the problems, but twice (I think it was twice) after the reset a message came up that said it could not connect. I don't know why it did this as I was knowwhee near my cradle (though I was inside the radius a a WiFi network.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.:)

Be sure to close running programs when you notice such a situation. Some programs keep on working. Remember when you click the X, that only minimizes the program.
