Question Planner Software Question

I'm trying to get the best possible software for my Axim to keep it running properly and to make me the most productive. I'm having a really hard time pin pointing planning software. I am currently using Franklin Covey PlanPlus but it seems to cause my Axim to have a refresh problem and it isn't very comprehensive. I need something that will allow me to prioritize my daily activities, maybe even put them into groups and will give also keep track of holidays, birthdays, meetings, etc... I would also like to see something that provides a louder alarm and possibly different alarm sounds. I do like the ability to set my goals and such in PlanPlus I just wish it were a tighter program with more functionality rather than simply integrating into Outlook. If you've used PlanPlus and have found the holy grail of programs let me know.

I am a graphic designer so it is also important for me to be able to track multiple projects at the same time including cost, time, and prioritized tasks involved to getting the project done.

I am also wondering if there is a good vector graphics program for use on the Axim. I'd love to be able to draw and sketch on my Axim for clients.

Last but not least... Any idea why it would take forever to update one small thing on my Axim? Even if I close all programs so nothing is running except for the planning software it seems to run really slow. Best example is when I am doing my task list for the day and I set the priority level on a task, it clocks for what seems like much too long to update one simple thing.

I appreciate any help you all can give...

Thanks!
Jeremy James

P.S. If anyone needs a designer I'm fairly reasonably priced and am looking for new clients. I'd be happy to help with anything I can.

Take a look at Lotus Organizer V6. I sucessfully manage about 10 projects at any one time using categories and priority settings. As for the rest of your organizer needs, I haven't had a need for goal setting. The sync speed is pretty decent: my average sync is less than 15 seconds.

I haven't found a good vector graphics program yet. If you find one, post it here.

Good Luck

Have you looked at On-Schedule as a replacement for outlook?

While not vector, Pocket Artist is by far the best graphics program on the Pocket PC.

I'm not sure about the problem you are having with updating, can you be more specific?
