How can i get Notes to sync with outlook 2002

For some reason my notes don't get synchronized. Any ideas?

Did you enable notes in Activesync? Go to Tools > Options and make sure Notes is checked.

Are you talking about notes or Lotus Notes. If you are talking notes, then cageyjames said it. If you are talking about Lotus Notes, then you'll need a conduit, Since MS and IBM haven't gotten along since IBM-DOS v. MSDOS. I strongly recommend mNotes from Cadenza or CommonTime. It works better than Lotus EasySync and it actually syncs the journal, which IBM thought was not used by people and so they got rid of it.
