Hi, I have Pocket Streets 2001 but when I try to install it to my Axim I get the following msg:

"Microsoft Pocket Strees 2001 does not support the connected device type"

Is this true, do I need a later version?

Sounds like it. Might not support Pocket PC 2002...

PocketStreets 2001 is not supported. I got Microsoft Streets and Trips 2003 with PocketStreets 2003 at Sam's Club for $34.95 less a $20.00 rebate. A good deal for $15.00.

Just downloaded (http://www.ppc4you.com/show.cgi?softid=29) and installed Pocket Streets 2001 by Microsoft (Price: Free) on my Axim and it works fine. However, you'll need to use the old maps for the 2001 version. The 2002 & 2003 maps are not compatible with PS2001.

2001 maps are out there if you look hard enough. You can start downloading Pocket Streets 2001 maps here: http://66.216.6.223/maps/

Cant seem to find address on there tho, says "not enough memory"
Wonder if its because of the old 2001 app.
