What happens after a hard reset on the x3?
Does the owner information reset?
Does all the data I have stored dissapear?
Does the screen need to be calibrated again?

ok so essentially it's a great way to get rid of all the programs and whatever and have a clean start, like formatting a PC per se???

NOw my question is , the next time you sync the PPC, will all your contacts and stuff reaapear on the device? and all you'll have to do is just reinstall the programs or is it more com;licated then that?

Yes basically you are right. However, you will first need to delete your partnership, and then when you place your Ax in the cradle for the first time after a hard reset, it will establish a new one and sync all of your old info back.

when you execute the hard reset, is there some kind of positive response on the screen required?, or does it just instantly reset once you execute the button sequence?
