300MHz or 400MHz and X3i, X3 or X5?

I'm most likely going to be purchasing an Axim when I have the cash so now I'm trying to make a big decision in which model I should get.

My biggest question is how big of a difference is there in the Basic vs. Advanced models?

If I do decide to get the X3 I assume I should just go for the X3i but is there any reason why I shouldn't?

Basically if you have experience with all of them just let me know which you would pick and why.

Thanks!

The basics have a 300mhz processor and the advanced models have a 400mhz. The 400mhz makes a big difference with some apps but most of the time the 300 will be enough. as far as which one, remember you can get the X5 basic for only $199 if money is a factor

I have both the X5 and the X3i and I can definitely say that the X3i is speedier with superior graphics. However, the battery is considerably smaller in capacity so you will need to recharge more often. If wifi interests you, definitely go with the X3i since it has it built-in and will free up your SD slot for memory and other devices.
