Worried File Type on Compact flash card

How do I tell what file type I have on a Compact Flash Storage Card? FAT16, FAT32 what?
Thanks for the help. This is all new to me. The reason I ask is that I am going to buy the Storage Tools for PclketPC from Softwinter to format my storage cards. Has anyone used this software? is it any good.

I've used it to scan for problems. From what I have heard, it is pretty good.

I use StorageTools. You can Format, Scan & Defrag storage cards. Allows for formating in either FAT16 or 32, verify and fix errors. Very easy to use.

Storage Tools allows you to scan your memory card for errors and repair them if there are any.

Question

Thanks for the info on Storage Tools. Now for my original question.
How do I tell what my file type is on a Compact flash card, FAT16 or FAT32? Anyone have any information on this?
Thanks

Oh, sorry! Storage Tools will tell you what FAT the card is formatted with.
