Using Notes

I am a newbie and I am trying to figure out why when I use the notes in my Axim using handwriting it changes it to text and does not understand what I wrote. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Well the handwriting recognizer isn't perfect. It can't recognize my handwriting many times so I just re-enter the data again as best as possible.

Just switch the keyboard selection to the Transcriber I think.

the notes program? when writing a new note click the thing that looks like a yellow pen, next to the cassette icon in the bottom bar. And make sure you select anything else besides transcriber so it wont think you're typing something.
