Can anyone provide an easy method of tranferring (intact) the 600+ contacts in my Palm V to my Axim? I'm currently beaming them 1 by 1 using Peacemaker. HELP!!

Use PocketMirror, on the Palm CDROM, to sync the Palm to Outlook, then sync the Ax to outlook and you're done.

I went through this nonsense as well. The best solution (for me) was not that easy but it was clean.

1) export from Palm sync to a *.csv file on your PC.
2) open *.csv with Excel or other spreadsheet
3) Reorganize the columns so that all the info is in the proper columns (it won't be) and take this oppotunity to clean up info. It helps to use Outlook contacts to get a feel for the field names that Outlook expects since they are differnent then Palm's
4) Save the file again as *.csv format
5) Import into Outlook and use the wizard to drag the columns into the proper fields
6) sync your Ax!

I know there are other methods but this allowed me to control the entire process (since I cluld see all the contact info in the spreadsheet) and I was sure the info was clean in the end.
