OK, I feel silly for asking, but...

How do you get to Dell's customer support pages? It keeps asking for my Service Tag. When I enter the number under the battery that is labelled "Service Tag", the web site says it can't find the service tags and dumps me out of the support section.

I've double checked, and am definitely entering the number as printed on the device

Hi sdearth. You need to enter the service tag of your Axim. The Axim's service tag is located inside the battery compartment.

Oops, I should read a little more carefully. I didn't realize "under the battery" = battery compartment until I read Mike C's post. Sorry about the confusion.
