Well i was all excited about the new axim and i opened it and i was playing with everything and it is so much fun, i cant beleive this thing can do so much. So then i go to sync it with my computer and i find there is no cradle or any kind of sync cable in the box, i ordered it through dell small business but it still said it comes with a cradle because there was an option to just get the cable for 20 bucks less, so did dell just forget it??? or is it something about the small business purchasing i dont know???

Call up Dell and tell them that you didn't get a cradle. It's not un-common for Dell to forget part of an order.

I was wondering, is the cradle shipped sepreatley because looking at the order form it is listed seperately??

I dunno. My cradle was in the same box as the Ax. I bought it through the home section though, but it shouldn't make a difference, should still be same product.

I bought mine from the Small Business Section last week and the box Dell shipped had two smaller boxes inside for the X3i and for the cradle, etc.

Sounds like a Dell goof.
