Backup Battery Icon sat it's low?
Every so often I get this little pop up that tells me that my backup battery is running low and if I don't replace it, I will lose data.
I then check the battery power screen and it shows the backup battery at 100%. I have only had my X5 400 for about 6 months.
What might cause this popup and what should I expect for a backup battery lifespan?
Thanks,
Craig

I am not sure what to do about the warning, but my backup battery lasted around eight months or so.

It is a false warning from the overly sensitive battery circuit. I get it all the time and just ignore it. Sometimes the battery is actually shown as low, in which case I soft reset and it jumps back up to 100%. The backup should last for years, unless you let the Axim discharge completely, in which case it will hold memory for you for about 24 hours.

Did you install the ROM update? It is supposed to fix it I think!
