I have a question, one feature that I used frequently in my palm, was:
If I had a TASK to Call someone, I could look up and enter the phone information for "someone" so that it all appeared in the listed task, kind of one stop shopping...
Same was true when I would have a meeting with someone I could attach their contact information to the meeting there fore having address or phone if I was running late and needed to phone from road..

Does anyone know how to do this in Outlook/pocket outlook.

If you are only using your axim now - check out two PIM's - Agenda Fusion and Pocket Informant. Both can be found at pocketgear.com. Both have free trials.

If you would still like to use your palm software - check out Dataviz.com and look at Beyond Contacts. I have an axim and wife has a palm - this software allows active sync to work with both platforms with your desktop Outlook.
