For those who have helped me out.... Thanks Alot!!

Another questions about memory. I want to put on games on my Pocket PC, music, Maps, etc... and possible GPS (that well be a while, just thinking about it) What kind of memory card should i get?

I see that Sandisk has all kinds. Would a Secure Digital Memory Card be the one? and what size should i get? For $66.00 i could get a 256MB.

I got a 400MHz Processor, 64MB Ram Size, 48MB ROM Size.

That's the one. You might want to get a modem, wireless or network card for the compact flash slot. That's a good size and price.

The 256 SD card is a good call ... and I paid 115 a month ago for mine. You can also find 512 SD cards out there, but if your CF slot will be open most of the time, you can get more CF memory for the same money.
You should get as much SD memory as you can afford in any case besides whatever CF you might use.

I just got a Sandisk 128MB CompactFlash, which should work in both my Canon digital camera and my Axim.

Keep in mind that there are a few posts that indicate some issues with the Sandisk memory card. Of course, should you have any problems, you can probably find a fix or work-around in these forums.

We'll see when my Axim finally shows up, I guess. It works fine with the camera, though, so it's not a total loss if it doesn't like the PPC.
