copy cf card to cf card
I have an Axim X5 with a 128 MB CF Card in it. Recently purchased a 256 CF Card and want to transfer everything from the 128 card to the 256 card. Tried doing a Data Backup but this did not work. Anyone know how I can do this. I have a 256 MB SD card in other slot. Most of my programs are stored on the CF card as compared to main system.

Any Help Greatly aprreciated.

David

The same question was asked this morning except about moving files from an sd to sd. Basically you want to copy all the contents from the old card to a temporary folder on your PC. Then switch to the new card and copy them back. The fastest way is with a card reader but you can also do it with the explore function in ActiveSync.

Definitely use a card reader if possible. I ended up buying one just for my CF card that I use for my PPC. It is much faster than doing it through Explore in AS.
