Happy New Year!

Three quick questions:

1. Does anyone know how to change the shaded hours of the day on the Axim? I found it in IE but it doesn't cross over in the AcvtiveSync. (8PM-4PM)

2. I added the IE Holidays to Axim yesterday and it took, thanks to someone's help in the forum. Today I tried to re-do it for 2003 and IE said it is already done, but there are no holidays on Axim.(?)

3. Is it true that some things work differently while Axim is in the craddle? Ex. today I couldn't get into START/HOME, but when I took it out of the craddle it worked fine.

Finaly, does anyone know of some site for step-by-step instructions for Axim that are better than the book?

Thanks in advance

I very much would also like to know how to change the shaded hours in the calendar of the Axim.

As far as step by step instructions for things, check out the Dell forum on Dell's website at: Dell's Knowledge Base Post They may have what you're looking for as well as be able to answer some questions that have not been answered here. Good luck.

It's not a Dell function. It comes from Microsoft. I checked the knowledgebase there but didn't find anything. I also looked at the Registry and didn't find anything simple. I don't think it's adjustable. (having said that some wizard will now appear and give us both the simple answer we seek).

I agree with you Jake, I don't think it is adjustable. If it is they have done a marvelous job of disguising it. I have looked high and low, haven't even been able to find anything on the net.

Are you talking about the Holidays in Outlook 2000? They only go through 2002. There's a patch available on the Microsoft website that will add holidays from 2003 to 2007. Download and install the patch, then re-load the holidays in Outlook. After that, they should be there.
