CF I or CF II

Is there a difference between CF I and CF II and does the Axim except both?

Also, what do you guys think of Viking cards. I know a lot of ppl have been complaining about Sandisk cards.

The Axim supports both.

Thanks, but is one better than the other? It didn't mention anything about performance.

No diff in performance if it is type 1 or 2... only physical size.

I've been using SanDisk since day one with no trouble. I'd say get a name brand over a generic.

I've used Kingston and Sandisk and Microtech and Hawking all for my digital camera...I've not had any problems with any of them. I've used the Kingston and Microtech for laptop to PC work. From what I have read the Sandisk problems are rampant, I guess I've just been lucky. (Especially considering I typically leave them in a shirt pocket and my partner hands them to me out of the dryer after she has washed and dried them!)
