moving excel to pocket excel

Stupid? This should be easy but how do i get my excel files on desktop to axim on pocket excel?TIA

After you sync with your PC, choose the Explore option through Active Sync. Then just copy and paste your excel file to the folder you want it in on your PPC. It will convert to the Pocket format, though, so a lot of formulas and formats won't transfer over.

Or put them in the Axim_Name My Documents Folder created when you first synced the Axim to the PC. It will be converted and placed in your Axim's My Document Folder next time you Sync with Files Selected.

You can also Save Workbook As Excel 97/2000, instead of as Pocket Excel (on your Axim). The file will take up a bit more space, but you seem to lose less, too.

(or at least that's the way I do it and perhaps have just come accustomed to the limitations, been doing it this way for 4 years........same worksheet w/minor mods).
