Shortcut creation, moving, and so on..
I had some troubles with some applications I installed, that did not create shortcuts. Were all lazy, and don't like to run File Explorer to find the application, so here's the fix: Load up File Explorer, and locate the application ( /My Device/Program Files/WhateverYourProgramIs ) - Locate the actual Application file (sometimes is an Icon on the left side) hold your pointer on the file for a few secs, till the menu comes up, and select (Copy). Now up where you change directories click the drop down and change to the directory /My Device then /Windows then /Start Menu and finally /Programs - These are your Program shortcuts that come up when you use your Start button. You can Create Folders in here too (Internet,Media,Reference,Utils) whatever your tasts, and move things around..) - anyway back on the subject.. To place that shortcut in /My Device/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/ just get inside that folder, and then select the "Edit" button at the bottom of screen, this is sorta like a menu item in Windows9x.. Then select Paste Shortcut. At that point you should have the shortcut in your Start menu.
