Im sorry if this has bee answered before but doing a search on the keywords returns to many possibilites. Anyway, i will be ordering my Axim 400 and i want the USB cradle and an extra serial sync cable. The options are unclear as to what exactly it is. Im guessing the serial sync cable and cradle is the one i need, right? What kind of cradle is it? The cradle is not a serial sync cradle is it, since i see Dell must have one. Can someone please help clear this up for me...

The cradle and the sync cable are two different things...

The cradle does not come with a power cord. The axim does. If you buy an additional cradle, you'll also need to buy an additional power cord.

Given what you said, you should order the USB Cradle with the Axim, then add the Serial Cable separately. What you have highlighted is the Serial Cradle and the Serial cable.

The Telephone Sales Rep should be able to do that for you, but I don't think it can be done on the website.

Thanks for the replies, thats what i was wondering if the cradle was a serial or a USB. From what you say it is a serial cradle with a serial cable and the only way to get a serial cable and USB cradle is to order over the phone seperately, got it...I wish it was more descriptive on the Dell page.

You can only order one thing at a time when you customize, but before you actually submit your order, you can add as many accessories you want. Add the serial synch cable at that time.
