Align Screen

I can't get out of the ALIGN SCREEN. I follow the instructions by tapping on each + plus sign but it goes to center and if I tap again the whole process goes again. I am very, very frustrated and I would appreciate any help on this. Thank you kindly if your able to help me on this.

Is this on your first startup?

If not, how did you get into the screen (on purpose or did the Axim hard reset itself?

Do you have a screen protector?

Depending on the answers to these questions, I'd probably suggest a hard reset (soft reset + power button) and see if you can get past the screen the next time. Ultimately, it sounds like a hardware problem so you'll probably need to call Dell for a replacement.

Hi Ikehiker, thanks for quick respons. Here is what happened....
After I posted I did a search on SCREEN ALIGN again and I started to read the posts over again. I found one that said you a blunter instramemt instead of stylus and hit the dot in center of plus sign. Well I took a pencil with an eraser and guess what,
it worked. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP. I hope this post helps somebody else with that brain cracking problem.
By the way I got this Axim USED and I don't have the slightest idea on how to use it yet, but I'm learning. I know I will rely highly on this forum and help from peeps like you.
Again a SINCERE THANKS :D

Good news. I'm glad you found the answer (and took advantage of the search function to do it). The site has been around long enough now that there is a vast amount of info stored here but if you ever cannot find the answer, be sure to post. It is a great community.
