Finally I've got it. It's now charging using the cable (not cradle). But I can't see any lights on the power button. Is that normal? Or should see any light in amber ?

The charge light on my Ax is very dim. You can not see it at all in daylight. I called Dell and they offered a replacement. I did not replace it, it really does not bother me.

Thanks God. I quite scare that it is dead after waiting for so long. Is this normal for everyone?

Do I really need to wait for four hours before knowing that it is functioning?

How stupid I am!! After pushing the plug harder to the socket the amber lights on . What a waste of two hours!!!. Need to wait another four hours
