I have a strange thing happening with my email. All email that comes from my CORP office shows up blank when it syncs with my Axim.

I do get the subject, to & from but the body is blank on the PPC.

All of my other email comes in & shows up just fine on the PPC (from other sources). ALL email is showing up just fine on the laptop too.

I have configured the system to accept attached files - that didn't change anything

Activesync 3.6, Outlook 2000

Any one have any ideas? Am I doing someting wrong or is it something my company is doing to the outgoing emails?

I've got the same thing that just happened.. I didn't change anything and I've got the EXACT same situation.. Any ideas?

I've seen others report that too... Not sure what the fix was. In AS there iscan option to only sync X number of lines.. You could play around with that...


Check you have AS 3.7 & maybe recreate the partnership..

Is your corp email in html format ? I don't think the Axim can display html mail, it tends to turn up blank. I've been told that pocket outlook does not render html mail.

Can't imagine why though...if you save the html file to disk then copy it across to the Axim and try opening it with pocket explorer you can read it fine ! Wouldn't have required too much surgery to tie the two apps together...

Can anyone tell me if this fixed in Windows 2003 ?

Does your corp email have digital signatures attached?

I have the same problem but the email I have problems with come with an attachment entilted, "smime.p7m".

Have a look at the Microsoft Mobile 2003 > Personal Email Digital Signatures forum. There is a fix there that has worked for some but not for me.
