Ok,

now how do you make "My Documents" on the SD Card? can you do that on the Pocket PC or on the Computer. and could i get the steps of that please?

Open File Explorer, go to My Device\SD Card
Down at the bottom tap Edit, New Folder
Enter the name via the on screen keyboard and tap enter (keyboard return key). Make sure there is no space at the end of the word Documents.
