i did a hard reset and now activesync won't sync. it says its connected but it hasn't transferred my contacts and if i try to install a program it says it can't find the axim.

I tried reinstalling activesync and i upgraded it too but it still will not work. I wiped out the folder in my pc and reinstalled. still nothing.

Check your desktop ActiveSync - if you still have the old partnership exists you need to delete it and reestablish a new one
