I am having trouble getting Avantgo to update and get the latest channels and news that I asked for. Active Sync is working ok as far as I can tell. Even tried uninstalling both Active Sync and Avantgo and reinstalling both. No good. It started having problems just today when I activated the account and tried to include new channels. Now all it does is says that it connected and then says synchronized, but really isn't. When I try to pull up Avantgo it just gives me the screen telling me how to sync it so I can see all my channels. I also made sure that all passwords matched and that the address was pointing to the correct website. Any ideas PLEASE??

Avantgo acvtually goes down a lot...I would give it a day or too and then try again...it's probably just a problem with thier web site

That was actually my next coarse of action, when in doubt wait it out. :) Thank you for your help. I hope that is all.

Just had a friend check the website with their Axim and it worked perfectly for them. So, any other ideas???
