I have two Axims with different accounts but using the same cradle and sharing the one computer using Win 2k. My problem is when I synchronize the data from both Axims, I notice that they are being combined. Is there any way to avoid and keep both information seperated to the individual accounts of each Axims?

Do you have two users on your Win2K machine? With two different users, you can have two Outlook PST files. Assuming your two Ax have different names, each Win2K user should be able to have just one partnership, which would help you remember to switch W2K users before synching.

If each user is using their own Win2K user account, their outlook container file resides in their respective user directory -- so it shouldn't combine the Ax' contacts, etc..

Am sorry. This may sound stupid, but I dont get it. I called Dell Tech support & they said "This will be a problem for now because they dont have a software for that kind of sync. Every time I sync data will be conbined & is nothing that I can do to stop that". Is two users one computer using Win 2k. One cradle & Two Axims.

Any Help Please?

Hmm, from what you're saying it seems that everyone is using the same logon for Win2K then?

What you need to do is then create a new user account in control-panel; such that each user logs into their own respective account each time they want to use win2k.
