Mad Movie not copying to sd card!!! Help!!!

I am trying to copy a movie to my Axim. It seems to get only halfway done and then it starts over. It continues this endlessly. Help, I am new to putting a movie on my Axim.

i would almost bet money that you are trying to do this through activesync...i dont know what is wrong with doing it that way, but ive never been able to...just look around for a sd card reader..sometimes they are free with rebates, hope this helps

I had that same problem if your using active sync. I had to use a Card reader to finally get it to work. In fact it was Andybrowns sd card reader that i used:p . That was the only way I got mine to work.

Yup, I think it has something to do with the limit on how much Activesync (or WM 2003 for that matter) can copy/handle... Definitely not over 200MB...

Well, I tried, and the only solution was gettin a card reader. I will recommend the Jump Drive, it looks like a thumb drive, you put you SD card in it, and plug the thingy to you USB -- Works exactly like a thumb drive, only difference is you can put different size of SD card in there.... and it's cheap... ($19.00)

I would say thats your best bet. They have them on Tigerdirect that is a 6 in 1 for 5 dollars after a rebate. I would say go with that one.

I didn't even bother using activesync to copy my movies, it just took way to long. But it is nice that my computer has a built in card reader, so that is the route i went too!
