Activesync NOT seeing device

I just got my Axim today. Charged it for over 4 hours, installed activesync and outlook, but activesync won't recognize the device on the cradle. Therefore I can't setup a partnership. I think part of the issue is, I am running XP Pro and I installed active sync with my admin account, but I want to do all my syncing through my regular limited account, so that is the account I'm in right now trying to set it up. Could that be why activesync is not seeing the Axim?

Did you install the USB drivers that came with it?

Given the typo on "devied" I'm not sure what exactly that says, but the cradle is not a recognizable device, the Axim is. So, put the Ax in the cradle, if you are not already doing that.
