I dont know if this is a setting I have that is wrong, or if it is something wrong with the Axim.

When I drop the axim in the cradle, my computer detects it. It then proceeds to sync. After a min or two, the link is broken. This usually happens after syncing is complete (but not always).
When this happens the active sync program just shows not connected, and so does the Axim. It's as if i physically disconnected them. To get them to see each other you have to reseat the axim in the cradle again. I recently hard reset the device to try to solve these problems, but it did no good. Right before I hard reset the device, my pc would see the axim as a guest device.

Could someone help? I cant figure out what/where the problem is and this is very frustrating.
