Can't get Missing Sync (Mac) to work

Hi folks - a newbie here.

I bought an X5 last Saturday, and I downloaded The Missing Sync for Power PC last night, but can't get it to work. I'm running Panther (10.3.4) with software that meets all the minimum requirements. I plugged the USB cradle into the Mac not a hub, but the software won't acknowledge the device. I checked the system profile, and found the USB monitor isn't acknowledging it either, so I assume I have a USB conflict. Can anyone suggest how to solve it? I was looking forward to syncing my Mac and my Axim too...

Hey, I did it, thanks to the MarkSpace technical help guys. In case anyone else is having this problem, this is what they said...

Quote:
Since your using OS 10.3.4 you can just drag the logitech driver to the trash. You'll be prompted for your admin password but it's much easier than using Terminal. While your at it, also look in the same folder as the Logitech Driver for PocketMacUSB.kext. If this file is found, try it as well and then try connecting again.
Both files were located in the system/library/extensions folder. When I got rid of them, The Missing Sync worked fine. :D
