palm desktop software

This may be a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway ;)

I have palm desktop installed on my PC - my wife uses it to sync with her palm zire. I love the palm desktop software. I find it great for managing my contacts, calender, etc... I like using it even though I don't have a palm.

My x3i (as far as I know) will only sync with outlook, and I hate outlook, I find it bloated and slow

Is there any way to sync my x3i with the palm desktop software? If not, is there any software substantially similar that I could sync with?

Thanks! :)

This has been asked before, and has been answered by me before. So obviously you didn't do a search. I'll answer your question anyway though. Use Intellisync, it allows a Pocket PC to sync with Palm Desktop. It replaces Activesync all together. ;)

Hah... oops. I know for next time.

Thanks for the information RE: Intellisync. That's great! I'll look into it ASAP! :hide:

Intellisyncy looks like a great program but expensive for us old retired farts. Is there a less expensive alternative? Like something under $25.00?

Found a program on 'handango' that will sync Dell to Outlook Express, it can be found here:

http://www.handango.com/PlatformProd...utlook+express

and only $16 unless you have a discount code like GeekZones. Then bit less.......

:D
